From Saturday 19th September 2009 Cultural Capital was cared for by Ben Hyde at his bakery Trois Petits Pains in St Julien de Jonzy, France.

On the eve of Saturday 26th September (when Trois Petits Pains is at its busiest) Ben offered portions of starter to his customers (many of whom are friends). He gave them information about capital culturel, a recipe, and the instructions for caring for the starter and passing it on to others.
